Our Referral Program is simple: Refer a candidate to CE Staffing and if we can match their talent with a client’s needs, you will be eligible for a referral bonus.
If your referral is placed as a Contract, Contract-to-Hire, or Direct-Hire employee through CE Staffing, the following criteria must be met before the referral bonus is paid out:
The candidate must be employed with our client for a minimum of 90 days.
The client must have paid the invoice in full prior to cash bonuses being paid.
The candidate must be placed within 6 months of the received referral.
Only one referral bonus is only paid out on the candidates first placement.
Keep in Mind:
-Only candidates that CE Staffing has not contacted in the past 60 days are considered a “referral”
-Referral fee will be paid out via a general gift card (like MasterCard or American Express) or to the retailer of your choice.
-Referral fees will vary based on fee collected from the client, but a typical fee is $500 per person.
